Moves from Permissive eFiling to Mandatory eFiling across all case types.

San Francisco

FDI Cases & Civil case initiations can now be eFiled through your Swift portal login.

Riverside

All case initiations for Civil limited, unlimited, complex, unlawful detainer & Small Claims may be submitted via eFile. It is anticipated that it will be Mandatory come September 1st, 2021.

San Mateo expansion

All Civil documents will be mandatory eFile, including Stipulation & Orders and Ex Parte, with the exception of any document that needs to be issued e.g. Writs, Abstract of Judgment etc

Santa Clara expansion

All documents/case types will be mandatory eFile, including Stipulation & Orders and Ex Parte, with the exception of any document that needs to be issued e.g. Writs, Abstract of Judgment etc
