NEW CA eFile Counties

Placer County Placer County will begin MANDATORY eFiling on Monday, March 29th, 2021. San Diego County San Diego County will implement MANDATORY eFiling throughout all Civil and Probate case types beginning April 15th, 2021. Kings County King County moves from Permissive eFiling to MANDATORY eFiling across all case types beginning July 1st, 2021. San Mateo County San Mateo County will implement PERMISSIVE eFiling throughout all Juvenile case types (including Adoption cases) beginning July, 1st 2021. San Mateo County Beginning January 1st, 2022, San Mateo will move to MANDATORY eFiling across all Juvenile case types.

Tehama County

Tehama County eFiling expected to launch in May of 2021. Stay tuned.

San Bernardino County

San Bernardino County plans implement MANDATORY eFiling across all Civil, Family and Probate case types in 2021. Stay tuned for more details.

Los Angeles County

Los Angeles County plans to roll out eFiling for Complex Civil Litigation, Small Claims and Family Law case types sometime in 2021. Stay tuned for more details as they become available.


Riverside County

Riverside County is in the process of transitioning away from their eSubmit platform to a formal eFiling platform across all civil, family and probate case types. Stay tuned for more details as they become available.

San Francisco County

Swift's eFiling platform will soon support direct eFiling for new civil cases (case initiations) and all FDI family law cases. Stay tuned for more details as our launch date approaches.


Contra Costa County

Contra Costa Superior Court is planning to begin eFiling in early 2022. Swift Attorney Service will send out updates once more information is provided.
