We'll get some basic details to create your account. This will include saving a credit card to your account so that we can auto-debit invoices once we complete the assignment.

Place Your Work Order
Once you verify your account & receive your Welcome email, you can now log in & click on Place An Order to create your request.
TIP: All of the information you need to create your work order can be found on your documents!

When you finish creating your work order, you'll receive an automated email confirmation. Keep your eyes peeled because we'll also email you any status updates, or when the job's complete.

For some requests we kindly ask for your patience as certain jobs, like Process Service or remote areas, can be more challenging than others & might take a little longer.

Create Your Account
We'll get all the essential information required to create your account. As soon as we create it for you, you'll then need to login & navigate to the Payment Information tab, found in My Profile, and save either your Check or Savings Routing & Account number.

Once that's completed, you can head back to your dashboard & click on Place An Order to create your request.

All accounts requesting ACH debit are manually created within one business day.
Once your account has been created, you'll receive a Welcome email, and you will then be required to log in & save your ACH debit information.
As soon as your ACH information is saved, we'll get to work on your assignment swiftly!

Before Adding A New User...
On the next screen, you will need to change the first option from
"Create a new Account" to "Add a User to an Existing Account".
This will show 2 new fields at the bottom of the form, and you'll be prompted to enter the 6-digit account number you're adding the user to, as well as the zip code to verify it's the correct account.

PLEASE NOTE: ACH accounts are created manually, and can take up to 24 business hours to be created. You'll then be required to save & verify your ACH details before proceeding with your work order.
