Take Your Pick!

Choose one, or save one of each, your Swift account allows you to pay via credit card, debit card, or from your ACH Check or Savings details.

If your account has multiple users, you can save & nickname different sources for each one!

Pre-Auth = Invoice Debit

Currently, when placing a work order, the system will process a temporary pre-authorisation hold for the estimated total of the assignment, and then process a separate transaction when completed.

Now, powered by Stripe, the same pre-auth will hold the estimated total, then, when completed, the pre-auth will be automatically included in the final debit.

More Options, Better Reports*

Tracking expenses is challenging at the best of times, let alone across multiple cases, clients & attorneys.

In addition to being able to save multiple payment sources, access to individual invoices & receiving daily transaction reports, we're reimagining reporting to give you the data you need.

* New reports will be made available as they are built. Individual alerts for their availability may not occur.

Payment Processing Fee

Let's face it: fees suck. And it feels like there are more than ever!

We've done our best to keep them simple & to a minimum, only adding what we get charged by the card providers (and in some cases, absorbing the extra)

Credit & Debit Cards 3.5% per invoice

ACH Checking/Savings  $0.50 per invoice

TIMELINE OF CHANGE

From 9AM Wednesday October 22nd

The next time you log in to your Swift Legal account, you'll be required to re-enter your saved Payment Information. This is a one-time update (unless your details change).

Choose whether you want to pay via credit card, debit card, or ACH check or savings account.

Save the new information, and yes it can be the same as before.

Once Saved, head back to your dashboard & place your work order.

You (or Swift staff) will not be able to place new work orders until this update has been completed.
